Handsome, quiet Brown TB GeldingHorses - 696 Vectis Station Rd, Vectis VIC 3401 -
Ravello is suitable for a Dressage, Showing or Pleasure home – training Level 3 HRCAV, with potential to go higher.
Rav has attended many HRCAV Club rallies, shows, dressage competitions over the 4 years I have had him. Never comes home without a show ribbon. Has a tail to die for and is a real dude. Established paces, learning laterals, soft mouth and lovely self carriage.
Fantastic to shoe, clip, wash, worm, self-loads and travels like a dream on his own or with a friend – will stand at the float all day no problem. He will stand and wait at the mounting block for you to get on. He can be more on the lazy side under saddle but is willing to please when you push the right buttons and is a quick learner, with no dirt.
He lives in a paddocked farm environment so is good around machinery, etc He handles small yard/stable living well when needed for competitions etc. He loves his food and is a good doer. He is a very mild windsucker – I have never used any gadgets on him as not necessary as it has never been an issue. He has his teeth done every 6 months and feet done every 6 weeks.
He has been out of work since May 19 and was brought back in last month. by my friend (due to my back injury), who had a hip replacement 6 months ago– so a testament to his temperament.
I would dearly love to see him go to a knowledgeable home that will use and love him as I have done.
Perfect for a competent adult rider and or second horse for a junior rider. Not for beginners, or for a jumping home, would be fine for a MMS class, pole work etc. A previous knee injury two years ago, fully healed with no soundness issues is his only known injury.
No timewasters or photo collectors as I do not have the time. Happy to give further information, pics and video if you are a genuine buyer for my special boy.
Price: $3,800 negotiable to the perfect home.
